Puppy Sales & Refund Policy

All puppy sales are considered final once the puppy has been purchased and transferred into the buyer’s care.

No refunds will be issued for a change of mind, personal circumstances, lifestyle changes, training difficulties, or a buyer’s decision that they no longer wish to keep the puppy.

Prospective buyers are expected to carefully consider the responsibilities of owning a German Shepherd before making a purchase.

Should a buyer become unable or unwilling to keep their puppy, Vom Kaltenbach German Shepherds requests that the breeder be contacted first to discuss returning or rehoming the dog.

The voluntary return or surrender of a puppy does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the purchase price.

Any refund or remedy required under applicable Ontario law will be honoured. Nothing in this policy limits a buyer’s statutory rights.
