About Guillaume Beaurent

Born and raised in Belgium, Guillaume Beaurent's journey with dogs began in his childhood. Surrounded by Briards, his parents' breed of choice, he was immersed in the working dog world from an early age. By 14, he entered dog sport, earning his official helper certification at 17. Since then, he has dedicated his career to developing and testing working dogs at the highest international level.

With over 15 years of experience as a licensed helper, Guillaume has worked on national and international stages across Europe and North America. A championship helper many times over, he has trained and prepared numerous dogs who became national champions, international competitors, and top performers in protection work.

Career Highlights:

  • Licensed helper since 2008
  • 14x selected as Belgian Championship helper
  • Helper in over 10 CACIT trials (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Holland)
  • 4x helper for Dutch Rottweiler Club selections
  • Over 20x helper for national selections and chosen as World Championship helper
  • 10 Belgian Championships (4 All-Breeds, 3 Malinois, 3 German Shepherds)
  • Selected for FMBB 2011, World Championship of French Shepherds, and multiple Landesmeisterschafts & DVG BSP in Germany
  • Selected for CWDF & GSSCC National Championships (Canada) in 2024 and 2025

Training Successes:

  • Produced champions in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, and France
  • 2008: Dog selected for FCI with 93 pts protection, later Belgian All-Breed & Malinois Champion
  • 2014: Two dogs I trained became Swiss Champions (All-Breed & Malinois)
  • 2017: Trained German dog to 94 pts at the DMC Championship
  • 2018: Four dogs scored between 88–93 pts in protection at the DMC, with one qualifying for the VDH German All-Breed Championship
  • 2 dogs selected for FCI 2018
  • 1 dog achieved a perfect 100 pts in protection at CACIT France
  • 2019: One dog became DVG Landesmeister (Germany); another was Vice Champion of Belgium (Malinois)
  • 2020: 2 dogs qualified for FMBB (canceled due to COVID)
  • 2021: Prepared dogs for WUSV in Spain and worked as helper for Belgian All-Breed Championship
  • 2024–2025: Active in Canada, selected for Regional and National Championships

About Jennifer Jones

Jennifer began her Schutzhund/IGP journey in 2004 and has since titled multiple dogs, competing in over 60 trials at the regional, national, and international level. Her passion for the sport extends beyond competition—she also operates her own working German Shepherd breeding program, vom Kaltenbach, dedicated to producing strong, versatile dogs.

In addition to her accomplishments on the trial field, Jennifer served on the Board of Directors of the German Shepherd Schutzhund Club of Canada (GSSCC) from 2016–2020.

She is currently competing with her female, Caja von gut Korten, with aspirations to represent at the Canadian Nationals.
